Vyse Sentinel Masterclass: Arc Rose Flashes, Shear Wall Traps & Setups

Vyse redefines the Sentinel archetype with liquid metal utility engineered to physically divide enemy teams and isolate gunfights.

1. Shear (Isolation Wall Dynamics) Shear creates a hidden trap that constructs a bulletproof, indestructible wall when an enemy walks past it. Unlike Sage's Barrier Orb, Shear cannot be shot down before activation. Place Shear two steps deep into site entrances—this lets the enemy entry Duelist pass through before slamming shut behind them, leaving them stranded in a 1v3 crossfire.

2. Arc Rose (Through-Wall Flash Setups) Arc Rose can be placed through walls onto the exterior side of chokepoints. Triggering it blinds enemies looking at the door without exposing your position. Set Arc Rose at head level near main entrances and detonate the moment you hear running footsteps.

3. Razorvine Entanglements Razorvines slow enemies and inflict continuous damage as they move through the thorny metal vines. Layer Razorvine directly in front of your Shear trap so trapped enemies cannot backtrack or jump away.

4. Steel Garden (Ultimate Jammer) Steel Garden jams all primary firearms within a massive area for 8 seconds, forcing attackers to switch to sidearms. Use this defensively when attackers commit their executes, then swing with high-cadence weapons like Phantom or Spectre to crush eco-weakened opponents.
